1, Hiya TechSolutions private limited is purely 100% dependent on itself when it comes to Recruitment. We do not recruit candidates through any third party companies/Job consultancies/Freelancers/Job Fairs.
2, Do not hand over or transfer any cash to companies claiming that they will arrange job opportunities or schedule interviews in our company campus. We never seek any charges for attending interviews or even during Joining.
3, We have NOT recruited candidates out of Madurai through Interviews in other cities. If you have attended one outside Madurai or In Madurai @ a different address, then it means you have met a scammer.
4, We don't conduct campus interviews in colleges outside Madurai. We only recruit in Colleges through our Own HRs.
5, We operate only in Madurai and do not have any branches outside Madurai (within India). The Vision of the company currently is to Develop Madurai/nearby Districts and offer opportunities to Freshers.
6, Always Call our numbers (7598389404, 0452-4380743, 0452-4250749). Don't respond to other numbers claiming our company name. You can use Contact Forms in our Website and we will call you for scheduling Interviews directly from above numbers.
7, We are always available at the above said numbers 5 days of a week from 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM. Feel free to report any issues you have faced while applying directly. We DO NOT have any association with any sized Consultancies.
8, Kindly beware of scammers spreading wrong information about us. Don’t send emails mentioned like hiyatech@____.com HTS@___.com or hiyatechsolutions1@___.com/in etc Never share your certificate copies as we never ask them during the first few levels of Interviews. Don't be a victim. We have never involved ourselves with any manpower/job consultancies or third parties in any cities ever since we started in 2009. We handle our recruitment fully ourselves mostly within our premises.
9, Don't send your documents like passport, bank statements, marksheets with photo, Exp Letters from other companies online to any of these scammers through any channel. Even we never ask for it through online mode or through whatsapp at the time of Joining. Call us on above numbers to get our secure email address. Kindly share with us if you have faced any such weird stuff since we have to stop Freshers from being cheated.
10, We don't charge a penny even when an employee joins in our company, during his/her tenure with us or at the time of leaving.
11, Note that we Never send any Recruitment/Offer letters/Appointment Letters documents/packages through Hangouts/ Linkedin/ Facebook/ EMAILS /WhatsApp/Post offices or any Couriers/Logistics companies.
12, We noticed that Several scammers are targeting our Company to degrade us, to cheat Freshers and to make money by conducting unauthorized Job Interviews in various places within India. We came to know about several incidents in last 3 weeks. We Encourage Candidates willing to apply in our company to call us Directly on numbers mentioned in the Website www.hiyatechsolutions.com and www.hiya.tech only.
13, Note that we don’t have branches in Palani and Coimbatore, we don’t recruit people through any Job Fairs. We heard that Scammers cheat innocent Freshers by asking them to purchase the Unform required to work in our office/Offer Letter etc by paying 6000 INR. We state very clearly that we have never requested our Employees to wear any sort of Uniforms over a decade ever since we started! We advise Freshers to beware of such Information Stealing scammers as they can misuse it online.
14, As a precautionary step, we encourage candidates to call us and get a confidential email address to share your Profile. Please walk in only based upon your scheduled time slot.
15, Kindly be happy that we have already initiated an action against such Criminals/Scammers. Together we can fight Fraud if you wish. Feel free to share the Contact details of such scammers so that we can help you stay away from bad experiences.
